Mission: To empower women, especially mothers, to feel confident and live their best lives athletically, emotionally, and functionally.

Vision: To contribute to a society where women can advocate for themselves in all facets of life.

ABOUT:

I am the girl with ties everywhere! Growing up in a military family and then being a military spouse, I have had the great honor and privilege to make connections in so many communities.

As a Pregnancy and Postpartum Athleticism Coach and CrossFit Level-1 Trainer, my newfound purpose is to be an advocate for women (especially pregnant/postpartum women) and teach them how to be an advocate for themselves in their communities.

BACKGROUND:

While I danced in high school and dabbled in ‘fitness’ in college, it wasn’t until I graduated college (and was simultaneously diagnosed with high cholesterol, thanks genetics) in 2012 that I got serious about my health and wellness. I joined a CrossFit gym and found what I had been looking for. After earning my graduate degree in School Psychology in 2015 from the fabulous University of Florida (Go Gators!), me and my husband packed up and moved 1,200 miles away to Austin, Texas.

I found the a great gym home and ultimately obtained my in CrossFit Level-1 in 2017 and began coaching some amazing athletes. When I got pregnant in 2018, I was clueless on what I was supposed to be doing and the ‘fitness culture’ on social media wasn’t really helpful. Then, about halfway through her pregnancy I found Brianna Battles and instantly knew that everyone needed to know this information. After completing the 40+ hour online coaching course, I strive to be the person and coach that I needed to those looking for support. I’m now expecting baby #2 in September of 2021 and am excited to put everything into practice for this journey!

In a world where the focus is on babies and social media perfection, I am here to tell you that I will always be real with you and support you in whatever you need because you matter, too.
